Branxton (Apr 22)

Today we head off from The Big Axe at Kew towards our overnight stop, which will be Branxton RV Park which is a low cost camp next to Branxton Oval, located, funnily enough, Branxton! It has toilet and shower facilities though we tend to use our own.
It was not a direct route today as we took a side-trip into Forster, first to visit mum and dad (Allan & Shirley) at Tuncurry Cemetry and then to visit another of mum’s sisters, Jean, in Forster.
From Forster it was a straight drive through to our overnight stop. We chose Branxton for this stop as we were planning to head west from here and avoid Sydney completely.
