After our successful first attempt free camping at Point Sturt, we decided to have another go. We chose Rapid Bay campground this time around, and boy, didn’t the weekend start off interestingly!

On the way to our first ever destination we stopped in at Lonsdale Sand & Metal which operates a public weighbridge.

Learning to tow

Almost two weeks ago now, Megan and I attended a towing course run by Tow Ed in the car park of Priceline Stadium.

From the get-go, our plan has always been to be able to work on the road.

It’s ours. Officially. On Thursday (Aug 22, 2019) we picked up our new Crusader Excalibur Kingsman from Cameron Caravans.
